نهتم بتوصيل تصاميمكم المخصصة بأمان وسرعة ممكنة. نظرًا لأن منتجاتنا مفصلة حسب الطلب ومصنوعة يدويًا خصيصًا لكم، فإن عملية التجهيز والشحن تأخذ وقتًا إضافيًا
1. مناطق التوصيل
• داخل المملكة العربية السعودية: نشحن إلى جميع المدن والمناطق
• دول الخليج (الإمارات، الكويت، البحرين، قطر، عمان): متوفر الشحن الدولي
• دول أخرى: غير متوفر حاليًا، يمكن الاستفسار عبر الإيميل.
2. مدة التجهيز والتوصيل المتوقعة
مدة التجهيز (التفصيل والإعداد): 7–21 يوم عمل (حسب تعقيد التصميم، المقاسات المخصصة، والكمية). نبدأ العمل فور تأكيد الطلب والدفع
مدة الشحن
• مناطق المملكة:
5–7 أيام عمل بعد التجهيز
• الشحن الدولي (دول الخليج)
7–14 يوم عمل بعد التجهيز
• ملاحظة مهمة: لا تشمل المدد أعلاه العطلات الرسمية، الإجازات الأسبوعية، أو أي تأخيرات من شركة الشحن. قد تطول المدة في مواسم الذروة (مثل رمضان، الأعياد)
5. شروط عامة
• يتحمل العميل مسؤولية تقديم عنوان دقيق ومعلومات اتصال صحيحة. في حال عدم الاستلام أو رفض الطرد، قد تُفرض رسوم إعادة شحن.
• لا نتحمل مسؤولية التأخيرات الناتجة عن شركات الشحن أو الظروف الخارجة عن إرادتنا (مثل الطقس أو الإجراءات الجمركية).
• في حال تلف الطرد أثناء الشحن، يرجى التقاط صور فور الاستلام وإبلاغنا خلال 24 ساعة لنتمكن من المطالبة بالتعويض من شركة الشحن.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
At /formance, we care about delivering your custom designs safely and as quickly as possible. Since our products are tailored to order and handcrafted specifically for you, the preparation and shipping process takes additional time.
1. Delivery Areas
• Within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: We ship to all cities and regions.
• Gulf Countries (UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman): International shipping is available.
• Other countries: Not available at the moment; inquiries can be made via email.
2. Expected Preparation and Delivery Time
Preparation time (tailoring and setup): 7–21 working days (depending on the complexity of the design, custom measurements, and quantity). We begin work immediately upon order confirmation and payment.
• Shipping time Regions of the Kingdom: 3–7 working days after preparation.
• International shipping (Gulf countries): 7–14 working days after preparation.
• Important note: The above periods do not include official holidays, weekly weekends, or any delays caused by the shipping company. Delivery time may be extended during peak seasons (such as Ramadan, Eid holidays).
5. General Terms
• The customer is responsible for providing an accurate address and correct contact information. In case of non-delivery or refusal of the package, additional reshipping fees may apply.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or circumstances beyond our control (such as weather conditions or customs procedures).
• In the event of damage to the package during shipping, please take photos immediately upon receipt and notify us within 24 hours so we can file a claim for compensation with the shipping company.
